PURROMA DOLCE VITA AT SHARHYSTE

Ellie was bred by Steve Rome of the Purroma Affix; she is the litter sister to Champion Purroma Dark Impressions at Jasprico, who is owned by my good friends Paul and Alison Richardson. Ellie carries both the famous "Sallate" and "Amazon" lines in her quality pedigree.

 

When Ellie entered our home as a puppy, she stole not only our hearts but also the heart of my black & tan male "Zac" from their initial introduction they became inseparable. When Ellie had her first litter in 2005, Zac as befitting his status in Ellie's eyes was duly allowed in to inspect her new offspring. When we lost Zac in late 2005, the grief Ellie felt at losing her soul mate was very evident and it saddened us greatly having to watch her cope with her loss. But cope she did and after large doses of tender love "n" care it was lovely to watch the "old Ellie" re-emerge.

 

Ellie produced her first litter in 2005 after being mated to Champion Amazon Black Sabbath at Purroma JW (Crufts Best of Breed Winner 2006).  This mating produced puppies which were both stunning in looks and temperament.  The litter was registered under the "Purroma" Affix as the result of a personal agreement between myself and Steve Rome.

 

From this litter, myself, Steve and Steve's partner Gill Wicks kept a black & tan male in partnership, who was named Purroma Veni Vidi Vici ( aka Lennox), Lennox lives primarily with Steve and Gill, and despite only been shown very lightly he has qualified for Crufts 2008.
